Business Introduction

Jump strives to adhere to the principles of user-centeredness, field-centeredness, collaboration,
and the growth of participants and ecosystems.

Triangular Mentoring (Basic Model)

The Triangular Mentoring model began as an effort to find solutions that would help both teenagers in educational settings and university volunteer teachers grow, while also providing direct and indirect benefits to the educational welfare ecosystem and field. To ensure a sustainable, long-term approach, we have developed this model through multilateral cooperation with partners who possess diverse resources and experiences.

Youth-Local Integration (Community Expansion Model)

The Youth-Local Integration model aims to expand the values established by the Triangular Mentoring model. Rather than just ending with the activities of the Jump program, it encourages youth to return to and stay in rural areas where they originated. They engage in significant moments of life together with children, contributing to the local educational welfare ecosystem and, on a broader scale, advancing growth alongside the local community. Continuous improvement will be pursued to benefit not only the growth of youth, adolescents, and educational institutions but also individual businesses and the entire local community, aiming for long-term sustainability.

Global (international spread)

JUMP will continue to expand our mission and vision through a field-centered, flexible approach.
This is because growing talent with fair opportunities and neighbors is a global concern and a solvable problem.
We will continue to expand our collaborations with many individuals and partners who share the same concerns and mission as we do in Asia and Africa and towards North Korea.

Sustainable Growth Model

JUMP has been able to establish itself as a representative non-profit education social venture in Korea because it is a chain-growth model that connects young adults and university students to young adults and university students to professional mentors, and it is a co-growth model that connects various actors in society so that all actors involved grow by providing role models step by step.

Chain-growth model

Sustained, long-term engagement through intergenerational role models

Unlike traditional programs that provide one-way benefits, JUMP is designed to keep participants engaged by connecting teenagers with young adults and university students, and young adults with professional mentors. By designing motivating factors for all participants, rather than focusing on a specific group at any one stage, we were able to ensure that the growth of all participants occurred in stages.

Co-growth model

Multilateral partnerships across different sectors of society

JUMP believes in the co-growth of individual actors. Over the past 12 years, 6,095 university volunteer teachers have worked with 21,185 teenagers, providing academic guidance and mentoring, and 630 professional mentors have supported the growth and transformation of teenagers, young adults, and university students. Through the collaboration of governments, corporations, schools, foundations, social ventures, and social enterprises that work with JUMP to resolve educational inequality and social polarization, and local communities and welfare organizations that provide a learning ground for future generations to dream and grow, all parties involved have grown in quantity and quality. Like a bicycle whose chains interlock to move forward from their respective positions, JUMP and all its members have grown together to be what each other needs and what makes each other shine.

For the past 12 years, JUMP has been connecting various actors in society to create demonstrable social value
through a co-growth and chain-growth model that continues to grow for all involved.
In the future, JUMP will continue to solve various social problems facing our society in more diverse regions through JUMP’s core solutions.

A virtuous cycle of
equitable educational opportunity for future generations

JUMP supports the growth of future generations so that
the virtuous cycle can be passed on to the next generation in a healthy way.

The educational opportunity gap caused by socio-economic inequality can be broken
by providing fair educational opportunities to break the vicious cycle and help future generations pursue more diverse dreams.

JUMP supports the future generations of teenagers, university volunteer teachers who join JUMP with the dream of a virtuous cycle in which these future generations become young adults, university students, and professionals, spreading good influence and helping other future generations.
