Program Summary

Hyundai Motor Group University Student Education Volunteer Group H-Jump School
The H-Jump School, hosted by Hyundai Motor Group, is a university student volunteer program that fosters a virtuous cycle of educational sharing, connecting youth mentees, university student mentors, and mentors from the community. Through this initiative, the program aims to address social polarization and create a society where everyone grows together.
During the 8-month program, university student mentors work closely with youth mentees, dedicating 4 hours a week to provide academic mentoring. This helps mentees improve their basic academic skills and develop positive study habits. Furthermore, mentors support mentees by offering guidance on personal concerns, career exploration, and fostering sound values, serving as role models who inspire and empower the next generation.
